We are NOT a bank, NOT a payment processor, and do NOT custody funds. All financial services are provided by licensed third-party partners.

1. Services Provided

Typhoon Enterprises LLC provides fintech consulting and infrastructure coordination services. We coordinate with licensed partners but do not operate financial services directly.

2. No Financial Services

We do not hold money, process payments, custody cryptocurrency, or operate as a money transmitter. All such services are provided by licensed partners who maintain appropriate regulatory approvals.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of coordinated infrastructure complies with applicable laws. We provide guidance but clients must obtain their own legal and compliance advice.

4. Third-Party Partners

Services involve coordination with third-party providers (eBanq, MoonPay, etc.). These partners maintain their own terms of service. We are not responsible for partner actions or availability.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to consulting fees paid. We are not liable for losses arising from partner services, regulatory changes, or client implementation decisions.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
